I have cable internet at my home as well as Clearwire wireless that I use for work, but take home with me on nights/weekends. Is there a way I can add the Clearwire to my home network to increase available bandwidth?

You cannot slave them together if that is what you are asking. They would both need to be listed as Gateway and to my knowledge you cannot do this with a residential router.
I believe the best you could do would be to use the Clearwire and let your family have the cable to surf\game with.
