I can't think of anything else being the problem.

Wait for another member of this site to get your problem fixed. I don't know what else it could be messing around with your machine.

hey are you still having the problem? i'm pretty sure i know what is causing the issue.

i have the same type of board as you and it is the marvell yukon ethernet driver that causes the problem.

i couldn't figure it out for months but i finally updated the driver and problem fixed.

let me know if it works for you!
