How much memory is in the machine currently?

If it turns out you don't have enough, I am gonna kick myself for asking you all these questions about how many processes running etc. :whistling: :blink:

Umm I dunno and I dont know how to tell either. A friend just told me that she has a similiar problem and thats what was wrong :whistling: Disk defragmentor says capacity is 37,21gb free space is 24.70 and free space is 66% , it used to be like 79 percent :blink:

nope Im still looking, a lot of stuff seems to be systemic. it came on the pc and i dont use it anymore and i deleted their program a while back because i use trend instead. so i dont know why this stuff is here or if i need it

Ok I did it and I restarted but then the same thing come up and says I need to restart for changes to take place so I did again and it still comes up

unzip it, install it, and then save a report and ATTACH it to your next post.

To do this, go to FILE > SAVE AS

put it on your desktop and give it a file name

Now click the ADD REPLY button on the bottom of this thread, click the BROWSE button beneath the text bo and navigate to your desktop, select your file and click the OPEN button, and then click the ADD THIS ATTACHMENT button next to the BROWSE button

Click Add reply button
