Can I save programs on a cdr using cd burner?

I hope i asked the right question.

Like you do music instead of having to save documents etc. to floppy disk

The reason for question is my daughter keeps erasing my Geek U PL's.

For some reason my floppy's not working.

I've never burned a cd so I would even know where to begin.

But thanks for your advice i'm going to poke around to see if i can figure it out.

When you buy a cd burner they normally come with a program to burn have a look in your programs for Nero

Mine has Adaptec Easy CD Creator.

It's 4.But I think i've run into a problem.This program come with computer.

I uninstalled it via add/remove.

The program is still listed in add/remove program and the program folder is intact but I don't see install program.

Never mind i clicked on creatr32 and the program opened.
