I'm running Windows Server 2003. Everytime I shut down my system the following error message appears causing the shut down failure and system restart:

dsn.exe-Application Error
The instruction at 0x01013a5a referenced memory at "0x00794588"

When I start the system next time it always gives the follwing warning:
One of the services or drives is not strated.
