Hello all,

I am using Lotus Note as email client, I accidentally open the attachment (excel file) and edit it right away and do all save with that copy, when I close the application, the "saved file" couldn't be found. When I was doing the editing, the title bar appear the full name of the file name so I didn't notice that it was a temporary file opened by the email client.

Kindly ask everyone if you know where the file would be? and did it ever be saved.

you can look in the temp files (c:\documents and settings\your profile\local settings\temp or tempory internet.

Otherwise you can reopen the attachment and make your changes all over again.
