Can you tell me how to do that? Also, will I loose all of our documents and pictures? If so, is there a way to save them before doing that???

Thanks

Well, yes you can save your things you need by burning them onto a disc. That's if you can even open that stuff up. But it doesn't seem like it since the bad cws variant is causing dr watson to error. (remember dr watson is NOT the culprit, the CWS variant is that's causing Dr Watson to come up). You use your windows xp cd to format and reinstall.
