I have Norton virus installed on my computer. Whenever I perform a virus scan my computer freezes. The softwares i have tried are
1. Norton Anti virus
2. AVG
3. Panda software.

I also have registry fix software.

I have no clue why this happens. Both the fans are working. I also cleaned them in case my computer was heating.
I have no clue if I have viruses or other stuff as I cannot scan my computer.
THe norton virus has given my alerts for
Spyware Comer Cursor

Worm detection: gives me messages like
MS ASN1 Interger Overflow TCP
MS pnp QueryResConflict BO

Please tell what is going on....

Thank you
