I might just be jumping to conclusions as my computer hasn't started showing signs of an infection, but I want to be safe.

I was chatting with a friend on MSN when a file came up to download. I clicked accept, it turns out that it's the IM worm that's been going around. I accepted it, though I didn't run it. I deleted it right away, ran spybot, adaware, and Norton. Though I still keep getting alerts from norton saying it's making settings for new programs that I haven't installed, or zips that I didn't download. I also restarted the computer and had the End Task thing come up saying something like Tpix (not sure if this is the name) Message Window was running. :tazz:

Anyways, enough of my rambling here's the Log.
