Problem burning Dvd

I am using a hp DVD Writer 740 it will burn audio and mp3 disk but will not burn Dvd. I am using DVd decrypter and Nero 6.6 neither will allow me to burn and image to a disk. My other DVD burner Hp 300 can burn dvds no prolem. it gets to the lead part of writing and stops.

here is the log from nero, any help who be greatly appreciated.

try using the new nero 7....it maybe a buffer error or sumthin...and try cleanin ur lens....then see

No Luck. tried cleaning lens still no luck. It will burn audio cd's but no type of dvd's not even a data dvd.
i can use the nero 6.6 to burn on other drive so nero is working. Coputer crashed had to do total restore from scratch with restore disk. since then have not been able to use this drive to burn to dvd.
