changing from german language to english language

i have a laptop with windows XP. It is from Germany and the language is German. Can i change this system to run in English only.If so, how do i configure it to run English only

Sorry, you can't make it change to English. Windows is released in different language versions according the country it's marketed in. Only way you can get english is to buy the english language version.
