Hello mbridges7718...

Let's take a look at the Terminal Service real quick. Click Start, then Run, type services.msc and click "Ok". Scroll down to and double click on "Terminal Service". Is it "Started"? Is it set to "Manual"?

Change the "Startup Type" to Manual and click the "Start" button. Close the Services window and try the Task Manager...any change?

well...a good idea would be to start your own new topic about the problem..instead of posting in one that was last posted to in july of last year
