this is the link to my last post. I was having popup problems & a very helpful person told me what to do to fix the problem. He said my java was out of date & that is how I got spyware. Well now I tried to open up LimeWire, and it wouldn't load. It said something about going to java.com to download java. So I went there and go to download. I click Begin Download & let it download ActiveX Control & then nothing happens. It says it is supposed to show a progress window, but it doesn't. Help! I've noticed that a lot of websites won't load for me now. Could it be because of this java problem?

go to add/remove programs and uninstall sun java, if listed.

then go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to download java manually.
