Add and Remove Program never Populates

I am not sure if this is covered somewhere. But when I click on Add and remove programs in my control panel the programs never populate.

I have Windows XP Media Edition

Do you have any programs installed on another hard drive?

Is it only add/remove programs or also other things in control panel?

Click on Start > Run... then type cmd and click OK

At prompt, type in the following command: REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL (Notice the space between 32 and AP)
