Is there anyone out there that can help me with my problem? I would appreciate any type of response.

When I receive an e-mail with a link to a website, I am unable to click and open. When I try to click, I receive an Microsoft error message: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am using Outlook Express as my default e-mail program.

I receive e-mails messages with no problem and there is no problems with attachments. I just can't open an Explorer page from e-mail. I did download Explorer 6 SP1 in case the file had been corrupted.

Any ideas for me to try.

Thank you. :whistling:
