here is what it says:

"Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

It says that every time I try to download a video or anything else. It also affects my windows media player.

PLEASE HELP?????????/!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is not a very good description of your problem...maybe you could be a little more descriptive and we could in turn be a little more helpfull

that is all it says i know something is wrong with the pconfig but that is all i know except i can't download or install anything or upload anything and My Documents and Settings cannot be accessed.

it says that pconfig cannot be started THAT IS IT!!!!!
