Internet Running Very Slow

Yesterday I posted a topic on another forum in here about my computer running slow.Someone came helped me and everything ran very smoothly after that.Today Im having problems again.I was told to download firefox and also a add on to make it faster.It was doing great.I went over the steps again today but it still seems very slow.I cant get videos to load and sometimes whenI visit a webpage I get a error webpage cannot be displayed.Im not sure really whats going on..I have ran spyware and virus scans..even registry cleaners and nothing seems to help. If anyone can help me with this I would be greatful ty :blink:

You have been to the page of steps in case you suspect malware?

You could try a System Restore to a time when the computer worked fine, or you could try a System File Check, if you have your XP cd.
