Should run pretty well. I was running it on like a 1.2ghz cpu with 756mb RAM at Medium settings for smoothness. Just as long as your cpu/mb supports what the game needs, you should be fine I think.

Well i am it on 6600 GeForce GT with 512 + 256 RAM and graphic accelerator it runs just fine . You should be ok
