Hi
No changes made, nothing downloaded (shareware etc) all of a sudden Dell Dimension ( 3 yrs old with no problems to date) running windows XP says I don't have a sound card. YET..I get the little clicks and bings when I sign onto MSN.
Called support at Dial-a tech and got no help.
Tried a restore to May and was told nothing had changed since then. Rebooted, again nothing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you go to start, my computer right click properties, hardware tab, device manager, sound, video & game controllers do you see a yellow ! next to the sound? You can try a right click on it and select update driver.
