I have dl'ed the GDI+ package from microsoft and I cannot get it to install right I want to add the new Microsoft Anti Spyware program it tells me I need these files in order to load it PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!!!!

Let's revisit your initial post. Which is it that won't install, the GDI+ or the MS Anti-Spyware application?

without being too confusing the Microsoft Defender Wont install without the GDI+ I dled GDI+ and ran the unzip it seemed to work but Defender still wont load it says I still need the GDI+
