I have a Dell 1200 laptop..... I recieved a pop-up recently saying I had a virus...I ran Norton,Ad-Aware,and Spybot..... They said it the pop-up WAS the virus.....problem is, I don't know how to put an OS on a computer with a floppy drive....I have a Windows Service Pack 2 disk for reinstallation....NEED HELP!!!
