Apply settings for all xp users

I am using windows xp. Installed a usb(dlink) wireless card on it. Once the wireless software and encryption key is configured it only gets installed for 1 user, who is currently logged in at that time.

So if another user logs in, at the same computer , they lose the wireless connection. We have over 25 users here at the site and they tend to switch computers. So losing the connection is becoming a big problem for us.

If we weren't using the wireless usb key, (which we have to , security ), it would not have been a problem.

Wonder if there is a software that keeps these settings and apply to all users. Or a way to gather these settings put them in a batch file and have them run with the login script or something.

If anybody has any suggestions please email me.
