Virus/Trojan via MSN

My daughter has opened an MSN message containing a picture from a friend with dire results. I am unable to run any: Spyware, Adware, Shredder, Anti virus, or any search engine containing similar words. I don't know whats going on 'underneath' MSN and Outlook, but I suspect they are up to no good. Iam sending this report on another computer-the virus won't let me use 'Hijack This'!!

Next Reboot into SAFE MODE Make sure you can view all Hidden Files/Folders search for and delete the files highlighted in BOLD

C:\WINDOWS\speeryox.dll
C:\WINDOWS\svhost.exe <-- Be careful not to delete the legit svchost.exe. Note the c is missing in the one to be removed
C:\WINDOWS\system32\csnss.exe

Restart your computer,
Give Ad-aware,Spybot and your Anti Virus another try, If so update them and run a scan with each,
Restart your computer
Post back a fresh log please
