Hi All.

Ive just got into software programming as I'm just going into a computer science degree, so naturally with my interest in computers I went and downloaded the public beta release of Vista.
Ill cut to the chase: My two keycodes just dont work, and I'm stuffed. I've contacted microsoft to no avail, they wont reply to my mails.

I'd really like to try out vista but I just can't! Please help me! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Also, will the beta realeases be able to run the "vista only" games such as Crysis and Halo 2? I bet that you can run those games on XP if you want with a simple change (remember the Doom sham!).
Thats my 10 cents, thanks

Please do not include product key codes in a post

It isn't possible to determine if the product key codes have errors

Where did you get them?

The beta for the community programme has closed

As far as i know they arent activating Vista betas at the moment they was a window after they reached the DL limits but i think its over.

The new DX10 games will play on vista at its release dx10 hasnt been released so its not included in any of the betas, the games will play in dx10 in dx9 mode using the new DX9 version being released DX9L.

If you have a valid key and you install using the valid key, you CAN still activate vista.

It would be helpfull if we new where you got these codes from. If the codes were from Microsoft then they should work fine.
