Can anyone please describe what sort of results you are looking for when using this formula?

the countif is used to count a running total of things when certain conditions are met such as (not real syntax...but an english version) count all the data in column A if that data is either 12 or 13....what that will do is find how many times the numbers 12 and 13 show up in column A
