I have installed Internet Explorer and Firefox on a Dell computer, and with both of these I do not get all the color and picture details of a web page. The backgrounds are always white, with prominent black lines all over. The rest of the info on these pages is OK. Screen resolution is 2048 X1024 with 32 bit color.

Where do I look for the problem?
Thanks
