I do not understand what all this means, could someone please explain what I need to do to correct this problem. I know it is not good, the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH, I have been reading about them for a couple of days now, but cannot find the problem or whant the win32k.sys means. thank You .

yesterday I was looking at the post again trying to find out what my problem could be and I ran across the section where the staff puts infomation (pinned) and I did what they said to try on a couple of things and my computer has not frozen up or turned itself off anymore. Thank you very much.
