Remove programs in starup

have programs in start up that i did not load, such as qzoz,ucaw,hkhhrwjx. please advise how to get rid of these prorams

First you could try using 'Startup Control Panel', a free utility which shows everything that starts up with Windows, wherever it's started from. You can then select one or more of them to disable or delete. However, if it's malware it may just refuse to go away as easily as that, in which case you'll have to re-post for further help. But 'Startup Control Panel' is worth a try first:
