:whistling: Im not very computer smart..... I have an older IBM Aptiva. It was given to me by my husbands boss. It seems like every other day a low disc space box comes up because there is not very much room. How can i safely remove things to make more space. Also how do i know what i can and cannot remove? Im sure there are alot of old files on this computer some visible, some hidden. How do i find and remove stuff from years ago from the previous owner?

hi Kate,

download tune up utilities trial 2006. open the program, clean up & repair, Tune Up disc cleaner.

That will clear up some disc space for you.

clean up is also a good program just for cleaning your harddisc.

Tune up is a great program. Check it out and use it.

Emery.
