Can't connect to internet

I have a Windows XP laptop w/ built in wireless card. We have a wireless connnection throughout the house. Just now I have not been able to acsess the internet but it says i have a excellent connection. All other useers can connect with no problem. I am malware free and so is my network. My wireless connection is 2wire sbc

turn off your computer. wait for five minutes. and try it againn. That usually works
