blue tint on my monitor

I get a blue tint on my monitor from time to time but it dosnt do it at my friends house both pc my pcs do it. Ive changed the speakers and everything but my mouse and keyboard

Strange

Both your PC's have the same problem, but only in your house? It must be some type of environmental interference, but I have no idea to tell you where to look.
