Recording sound help

I just got a new computer and I noticed something strange with my recording. Like I have Super MP3 Recorder to record audio from wave's on my computer or off the internet and I no longer have a stereo mixer or CD In option to record from. I have a CD In for a playback option after messing with the system volume options long enough but there's no other option but microphone, line in and Rear MIC. Normally when I set up Super MP3 Recorder it's set at Stereo Mix or CD In to record audio from my computer.

I do have sound, I can listen to things so I don't understand what's wrong and googling isn't showing me any solutions.

Can anyone help?
