I am trying to install the new MSN live messenger. But everytime I try to do so, it tells me that I first must uninstall all previous versions of MSN on my computer. I had MSN 6 before, and I did uninstall it, but I guess some small file somewhere makes it think that I still have it. Any idea what could be causing it? Or how to get around it?

Thanks

Have you tried running a Disk Defrag? Sometimes that helps.
