Hi, could someone please take a look at this log for me and let me know if there are any problems. The trojan Bispy.B I had a few weeks ago is back. I ran the cleaner from moosoft but it didn't find anything. I also restarted me P.C in safe mode turned off my system restore and did a AVG virus scan and this is the info it gave me. Thanks for your help.

I don't see any signs of infection, but I also can't find out any info on the PSW.Bispy.B trojan. :D

If The Cleaner says your clean, I'm sure you're okay. <_<

Thank you so much for taking a look at my log for me. I was not sure if there was anything I needed to delete that would get rid of the Bispy.B Trojan. I did find the files where the Trojan were sitting and manually deleted them. I did start with one Trojan but I end up having 3 Bispy.B Trojans on my P.C. Here is what I found and what I did to get rid of them. I hope that it might be able to help someone else with the same problem.

C:/systemvolumeinformation/-restore (5A8CAEBF-E1D1-4DA9-BDF8-4B11CDA30E66)/RP1/A0000003.exe

For this I rebooted my P.C in safe mode turned off my system restore and did an AVG scan. After the scan was done there was no sign of infection. I rebooted my P.C back up and turned system restore back on. Did another scan with AVG and it found two more Trojans.

C:/WINDOWS/System32/bi6.exe:/biprep.exe
C:/Documents and settings/Terry/localSettings/Temp/bi6.cab:/biprep.exe

For these two I went to my start button went into search and did a search for biprep.exe and nothing came up so I typed in bi6.exe, then bi6.cab and it pulled the files up. I then checked when the files were created just to make sure I did not delete something that I needed. I deleted them to my recycle bin and emptied my bin. Rebooted my P.C did another AVG scan and they were gone.

All I can say to anyone that has been having the same problem as me is to never give up you will eventually get rid of theses pest.

Zswife,
