Vista and TV Tuner

Does anybody know if vista will be released like media center edition with a remote?
I never got a chance to use the Beta.
The Vista upgrade advisor says I will be ok with a few Microsoft updates for my tuner.
What is TV software like? (The one that came with the tuner is terrible and I don't want to buy Media Center and only get 6 months use out of it.)
The "Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor" suggested Home Premium.

A few questions for ya'll

Yeah Vista is going to have media center functions, i dont think it will come with the remote but i would imagine itll have one although they may ship a version with remote, you can also make remotes for XP you can canibalise xbox remotes to work with the PC.
