Firefox Trouble

I was told by coachwife6 to download and run a program called ATF Cleaner. This program seems to clear up your temporary files, prefetch, etc.
After running this program, my Firefox has been acting up. For example, when I try to use Gmail, I get this error:

I have never seen this before. And Gmail still works perfectly fine in IE.
Also, when browsing through a few forums I go to, I noticed that about 3 of them were looking pretty messed up. As you can see in the image below, the skins dont even seem to show.
Again, these forums look perfect in IE. So if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appriciated.

It happens most of the when ATF cleaner is run while Firefox is open. Close firefox and then run atf cleaner again. If that doesn't fix it, open firefox and clear the cache from within firefox.
