I'm experiencing an update issue with nortons 2005. It acknowledges there are updates to be down loaded by displaying a window in the taskbar. However, when i select the "download" option, another window pops up with the following message:

" LU1802: Liveupdate could not initialize some or all of the Windows components the it needs to run. You may be running Liveupdate on an unsupported version of Windows. "

Any help would be appreciated
