problem with internet explorer

everytime i use internet explorer, it brings up a small window that says "a runtime error has occured. do you wish to debug?"

what can i do to stop this?

On a web page, click tools, internet options, advanced, tick disable script error reporting, check there is no tick for display a notification error, click apply, close IE
