You'll see that whenever you click one of the links and are taken to a new part of the document, the spacing in the header, which I simply copied and pasted, changes. How can I fix this? Or is there a simpler method to do what I want such as have two frames where only the text below the links will scroll.

i wouldnt mind helping you dude, but it would be kinda nice not having to paste all that into a document myself, try uploading the doc somwerhe else
