Mozilla Wont Let Me Look At Site!

Hello,
I using Mozilla and Windows 98 SE.
Quick Story:
I was a Mod for the forums on <edit link>
and the Owner decided to move to another Forums called <edit link>
anyway i signed up with PWM and the next time i try to go to the site, Mozilla decides to say this page is timed out. SO i used IE and still no luck, this page couldnt be displayed.
Some body help me???
The Admins have said its a problem on my side? but what is it?

I dont have a fire wall like Zone Alarm by the way.
