Whenever my IE (Internet Explorer) Freezes (Stops Responding) I go into my Task MGR and click "Applications" then click "End Task". ( this also makes my CPU run at 100%) This don't work, so I click into "Processes" and I have to click "dump.exe" this will make the IE stop running and go off the screen,
and my CPU will drop to about 50%...So I have to go back into "Processes" and click "dump.exe" again, then my CPU will drop back down to 1% which is normal.
This has been going on for a LONG time.
I use Win XP Home Ed, SP2.
I use Windows Defender Antispywear & TrendMico Antispywear. Up to date
Norton Systemworks 2006 which has the Antivirus & Antispywear..up to date.
Zone Alarm Pro. with Antispywear..Up to date.
I run scans regularly, come up clean.
Also, my Windows updates are up to date.
