I cannot chage my homepage!

hi my homepage now is msn.com and i want to change it to google.com, when i go to tools and internet options and i change it to google.com and i press apply and it dosnt change, what can i do to change it and when i go to google.com and press set this to my homepage it dosnt do anything please help me thanks

What happens if you go to google.com, click tools, internet options, click use current, click apply, close IE, open IE

no msn.com still appears as my homepage is there anything else what will do it thanks

Spybot and some other programmes have home page protection, though they should alert you to say, something is trying to change your homepage, do you want to allow this, other than that, it could be malware

Please follow the procedures outlined here: Malware Removal Guide

You will need a PC which can connect to the internet

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response
