my keyboard freezes

i own a wireless dell keyboard which keeps freezing mostly when i switch users.

i tried switching batteries, but that doesnt work, and the only way i can get it to work is by restarting the computer.

right now im using the on-screen keyboard

help! :whistling:

does the same thing happen with a wired keyboard?

have you tried reinstallinig the drivers for the wireless keyboard? have you tried pressing the synch button on the thig when it starts messing up?

how do you reinstall the driver?

and the sync button doesnt work, but i found out that switching users and switching back makes the keyboard work again which is still annoying.

right click on my computer > manage > device manager > locate the keyboard > right click and choose uninstall...then reboot the computer...windows should redetect and reinstall it

that didnt work..
