Computer not booting and turning off

Ok i put in a 430 wat power supply and my computer seems to boot but nothing comes up on th screen and then after about 5-7 seconds it turns off? I also just put a brand new motherboard in it.

Perhaps there is not enough wattage for everything you are connecting? What was the old power supply wattage?

there was a 305w and i put a 430w antec
