I have been instructed to download a newer version of hijackthis but am unable to open it since I can not access my computer or open it from desk top. Any suggestions? Thanks

Nevermind, I just saw that you were instructed to update HJT. I'm not sure why though, since you do have the latest version. Just a little tip though, please post your replies in the same topic, and don't keep starting new ones, you have 3 different people helping you in different topics, it makes things confusing. I recommend going back to the topic link above and posting a new log for admin to check out. :tazz:
