Checking How Many Hardrive Slots My Computer Has

Is there any program that can check how many hardrive or memory slots I can add to it, or do I have to check by opening up the computer : /? Thanks

I do not know of any programs that will do that. I have seen most motherboard manuals talk about memory slots and quantities, but not hard drive slots. It may talk about SATA or (E)IDE connections to the motherboard. Other than that, popping off the side and taking a look is always a sure fire way.
