I have a k7sem board and was wondering if any one would know what my processor is. i down loaded everest and this is what it say's
CPU Type AMD Athlon XP, 1100 MHz (11 x 100)
CPU Alias Thoroughbred-A
Motherboard Name ECS K7SEM rev 1.0
CPU Sockets/Slots 1 Socket 462


would like to know what the processor is cause the guy that sold it to me said it was a 1.7 gig but i not sure what it is.

I did not find a AMD Thoroughbred 1100. What I did find was this table listing processors that fit your motherboard.

The fist link has a table that the 5th one down is a 1.7 Ghz processor and looks like what you are describing. I believe that may be the one you have. The second link is a link to your mobo manufacturer.

open my computer and look at my processor the number is axda1700dlt3c it is a 1.7 gig but reads as 1,100 but it spose to be reading 1467 mhz not sure what the problum is.
