Tried to make communication on Yahoo Instant Message and go this message

msxml3.dll error '80072ee2'

The operation timed out

/inc_functions.asp, line 649

Any idea what this is about?

Move the file here

C:\Windows\System32

If it says overwrite, click yes

Reboot

When I download this file do I save it to My Computer>

There are three folders under the head folder of msxm/3msms which are as follows:

msxm13_win32.msm
msxm/3nf_win32.msm
wdstdll._win32.msm
