I use norton anti-virus and i absolutely hate everything about its just seems really obtrusive annoying and difficult to work with. It takes forever to load it pops up all the time and staps the living [bleep] out of my system. I have been using the virus/spyware programs recomended on your site and have had good experiences with all of them. My only issue is i still like to use the norton internet security firewall and i havent found anything on your site that i could replace it with. I would like to get rid of norton all togerher but i kinda want to keep the firewall. my questions are

1. do i even need it? does it matter at all?
2. Is there something else you guys could recomend as a replacement.

thanks for the help!

Hi cydonia21

Here's a list of free software, you might like to check out.

There are a couple of firewalls there too.
