Hello all first off I want to say thanks for everyone helping me from day 1. I currently have Operating System Windows XP Pro installed in my PC. My internet stopped working 4 days ago. I am running Norton Firewall. When I try to press CTRL-ALT-DEL to enter the taskbar, it pops up briefly and then closes. When I try to open my Norton Firewall it does the same thing. When I try opening any other apps it works. I don't think it's a virus. If anyone has any suggestions, your help would be greatly appriciated. Thank you. My PC has been fine for awhile and this encounter came unexpectedly.
